Overview
Finz Games is launching a structured six-week, studio-based Unity Game Development training program designed to help aspiring game developers transition into real-world production environments. Interns will work closely with experienced Unity developers, technical leads, and producers to build playable features and systems used in actual game projects.
The program follows a Perform or Filter model, emphasizing hands-on learning,
professional workflows, regular feedback, and strict performance evaluation.
High-performing interns may be considered for junior developer roles.

About the Track
This is a structured six-week program where participants work in a studio-style
environment.
You will:
- Contribute to live Unity projects
- Receive weekly feedback and clear improvement goals
- Graduate with stronger, industry-ready development skills
Eligibility / Who Should Apply
• Students or fresh graduates (minimum 6 semesters completed)
• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, or related
disciplines
• Basic proficiency in C# and Object-Oriented Programming
• Basic familiarity with the Unity Editor
• Maximum 6 months of prior professional experience
• Full availability for the four-week duration
Key Responsibilities
• Implement gameplay mechanics in Unity
• Work with prefabs, scenes, and UI systems
• Write and refactor C# scripts
• Fix bugs and optimize simple systems
• Collaborate with artists and designers

Evaluation & Selection Model
